Step 1: First of all,

laptop to the charger and turn it on, thereafter press F2, F9, and F10 then
enter.

Step 1: Make sure your laptop
is not connected to the AC adapter, gently turn the laptop upside down and
remove the battery
Step 2: Hold down the power
button with F12 for around a minute
Step 3: Examine your battery
and ensure that there are no defaults. If they exist then you must replace the
battery with a new one

Flip your laptop and check for
the battery reset hole. With the help of a paper clip, press it for a few
seconds. Let the laptop stay in the same state and then power it on after
